Today's 6:15 am class packed a punch! We ran through the intervals twice, the first for 60 seconds and the second for 90 seconds. After our warm up this morning we got started!

Oblique Crunches
Lunge Kick
Squat Jumps
Push-ups with a side plank
Bicycle Crunches
Superman
