Here is another fun and quick workout for those of you short on time and without equipment.
Start with a 2 minute warm up of Jumping Jacks (you can use gliding discs or paper plates to eliminate impact on your joints)
Do each of the following exercises for 1 minute after the 2 minute warm up
Push Ups
Alternating Lunges to the front
Alternating Lunges to sides
Alternating Lunges to the back
Squats
Jumping Jacks
Push Ups
Ab Crunches
Superman
Jumping Squats
Jumping Split Lunges
Side skates jumps
Jumping Jacks
Pointer Dog
Side Bridge on the Right
Side Bridge on the Left
Running Man
Walking Lunges
Knee Tucks
Alternating Ab Crunches
Follow this up with a 2 minute walk and some light stretching
On your mark, get set, GO!
