See how many rounds you can get through and shed all the weight you want, jump start your work, add variety to a boring routine! You'll build strength, power and endurance while you burn more calories than you would during your regular cardio or weight training program.

Classes are FREE for members of the BrickHouse and are being held:
Tuesday's & Thursday's at 10am
Wednesday & Friday's at 8am
